Return Policy: Each Seller will determine if they accept returns and will outline their policy. In general Sellers need to know if you are going to keep your product quickly. If an item is returnable you must notify us at returns@mybagclub within the first 5 day after date of delivery of your return with the reason. You will be sent a return label and the items must be posted within 5 days of our sending the label. We appreciate your business and are working to keep returns are a minimal.
