We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage -- because it is as fast as USPS Priority Mail, and it includes insurance and tracking at no additional cost. We add shipping to each item in our catalog and assume that we will be shipping to you in the lower 48 states. If we find that there is a problem with our pre-set shipping we may contact you -- this might happen if you are in Alaska or Hawaii! If you have a problem with a specific shipper or shipping format please let us know and we can figure out a solution. We like to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order exclusive of weekends. Once we have labeled your shipment we will notify you with tracking information -- please let us have your cell phone so that you can be updated you that way via USPS.
